We have proved our expertise in designing, engineering, manufacturing, and testing time after time. Thanks to our many years of experience and close cooperation with customers in the automotive industry, we address our customers’ needs with a close eye on the objective. That is how cost-effective and timely solutions are created.
Developing rubber/metal components is one of our core competencies. The development scope includes designing the components, assessing their structural strength, and inspecting them in our laboratory.
Alongside air suspension, the development of other chassis components is a major element of the TRI.GUM portfolio. It includes, among other things, the development of chassis components such as control arms, test absorbers for semiaxis testing, and shear force calculation absorbers.
We manufacture thermoplastic, injection-molded parts which can be evaluated and optimized. Our team, working in close coordination with the customer, applies suitable injection concepts and takes into account existing tool designs during the simulation. For our filling and warpage simulation, we use Simcon’s Cadmould software.
