Static Tests
Two force-displacement testing machines from Galdabini are available for your static tests. With a maximum test load of 50 kN (Quasar 50), one machine is suitable for measurements at low loads. For higher loads, the second testing machine with a maximum load of 200 kN (Quasar 200) is available. The tests are carried out in our air-conditioned test laboratory. The respective testing machine’s housing enables the tests to be carried out at different temperatures, completely according to your requirements!
Dynamic Tests
Two Instron test machines are available in our test laboratory for your dynamic tests. With a maximum axial load of 10 kN and a maximum amplitude of ±30 mm, both machines are suitable for service life tests. The tests are carried out in our air-conditioned test laboratory. The respective testing machine’s housing enables the tests to be carried out at different temperatures, completely according to your requirements!
Climate and Resistance Tests
The climatic chamber from Binder makes it possible to test your components in a temperature range between -40° and +250°C. Thus, long-term tests can be carried out at a defined temperature, in addition to temperature change tests. If required, the humidity can be defined in the respective temperature level.
Tactile Measurement
The mobile tactile 3D measuring arm from Faro not only allows dimensional control of individual small components, but also the measurement of larger components as well as the calibration of test devices. If required, also at your site!
Optical Measurement
With its combination of tactile and optical measuring possibilities, the mobile 3D measuring arm from Nikon is ideal for measuring components. Based on the digitised point clouds, an individualised evaluation can be carried out in various measuring programs. This also enables reverse engineering of geometries.
Tightness Measurement
A mobile single leak detector that detects forming gas (5% hydrogen, 95% nitrogen) is available for leakage testing the components. This allows the tightness of components to be checked in a quick and cost-effective way.
Thermal Analysis
We offer you the possibility to analyse your application on site with a mobile infrared camera system for industrial applications. The system consists of two precision IR thermal cameras, which allow automated as well as manual recording and evaluation.
Impact Tests
An impact test is required in many automotive and aviation applications. We have a drop tower at your disposal for this purpose, which allows mapping of the desired impact energies with different geometry of the guillotine as well as variation of the drop height.
