In the design phase, the first model is created in close consultation with the customer, taking into account any available installation space data. This range of services includes 3D design, installation space analysis, kinematics analysis and drawing derivation in standard programs such as Catia v5.
FEM – Strength Calculation
Both linear and non-linear simulations according to specifications can be carried out in-house. Tools like Nastran, MarcMentat or Catia are available for this purpose.
FKM – Strength Verification
At your request, we can carry out a strength verification test for your components in accordance with the FKM guidelines. We use the Rifest software for this purpose.
The reverse engineering of part geometries or complete components from digitised point clouds or distortion models from injection moulding simulation is becoming more and more important. We are able to transfer partial geometries from a digitised point cloud or, if desired, the entire component into a 3D model.
