Air Suspension – Automotive & Rail
Trigum Engineering has proven its expertise in design, construction, production and testing in numerous projects. Thanks to years of experience in close cooperation with customers from the automotive and rail industries, we know our customers’ requirements and can fulfil them in the best possible way to achieve the goals cost-efficiently and on time.
Chassis Components
In addition to air suspension, our portfolio also includes the development of other chassis components. This includes, among other things, the development of components such as handlebars, test dampers for half-axle tests or transverse force measuring dampers.
Plastic Parts
Our range of services includes the development of thermoplastic plastic parts, which are manufactured by injection moulding. Due to the possibilities in the field of strength calculation and filling simulation, constructions can be evaluated and optimised for injection moulding. The scope of activities also includes the choice of suitable injection concepts in close coordination with the customer. Existing tool designs can be taken into account in the simulation. We use the software Cadmould from Simcon for the filling and warpage simulation.
